Descrição da Vaga: What are we looking for?The main responsibility of this role is performing business partner (customer&vendor) master data activities for Latam region, delivering high level of service, ensuring own work adheres to Electrolux policies and procedures and working with own team and/or with other process teams to identify and implement improvement opportunities.Main assignments:

• Administration of business partner (customer and vendor) database in accounting program
• Perform data entry activities to support maintenance of master data
• Prepare necessary reports
• Secure that master data maintenance in accordance with agreed Service Levels and with Electrolux Internal Control principles
• Control System requirements
• Identifying areas for improvements

Requirements:

• Communicative English (written and spoken)
• Fluent Portuguese (written and spoken)
• Working knowledge of MS Office package
• Very Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Desirable knowledge of SAP or other similar ERP
• Strong interpersonal and ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Strong analytical skills
• Paying attention to details
• Organized, Persistent, Disciplined
• Taking ownership and responsibility of outstanding issues and queries
• Master data, supply chain, logistics, or other business process experience would be an asset
