Descrição da Vaga: Requisitos: • Minimum BS degree in Engineering; master’s degree preferred; • Previous management experience with direct supervisory responsibilities; • Experience in Product Development preferred; • Experience within the Embedded SW area and Diagnostics preferred; • Experience working in a continental/global and cross-functional organization; • Knowledge of overall business fundamentals, customer needs, and key players in the transportation industry; • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Atividades: • Lead the Diagnostics team to deliver projects that meet all Quality, Delivery, Project Cost, Product Cost, Feature, and Sustainability (QDCCFS) targets; • Facilitate agile process knowledge to all team members at the outset of the project; • Manage the budget and resource planning for the team; • Actively drive change according to global strategies and ways of working; • Know the products, soft offers, and customer needs to ensure QDCCFS targets for each Project.
