• Control and accounting of accounting provisions.
• Control and accounting of prepaid expenses (insurance and others).
• Control of the company’s fixed assets (additions, disposals, depreciation) in accordance with current CPC standards.
• Generation of foreign exchange variation and its controls.
• Include payments under the responsibility of the accounting department.
• Reconciliation of accounting accounts (ledger vs.
• subledger).
• Generation and analysis of SPED ECD (annual obligation).
• External reports with legal obligations (IBGE, CAGE, etc.
• ).
• Maintenance in SAP of account plan tables, exchange rates, etc.
• ICS (Internal Control System) update as per the group’s demands.
• Preparation of monthly and annual reports (trial balances and financial statements).
• Support for internal and external audits.
• Prepare and update the company’s management system with monthly closing data (Cognos).
• Intercompany reconciliation (receivables and payables).
• Support company areas regarding accounting matters.
• Requirements Experience in the accounting field.
• Knowledge of SAP in FI-AA and FI modules.
• Understanding of accounting processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills mandatory .
• Advanced SAP knowledge desirable .
• Advanced English mandatory .
